Bus Boy/Bus Girl

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining room, tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Set, clear, and reset tables in accordance with restaurant standards.
• Restock china, silverware, glassware, linens, condiments, and other dining room supplies.
• Assist servers during busy periods and ensure guests' needs are promptly addressed.
• Prepare and serve water, rolls, beverages, and other basic service items as required.
• Remove and transport used dishes, glassware, and utensils to designated cleaning areas.
• Follow all health, safety, sanitation, and company policies and procedures.
• Attend daily line-ups, training sessions, and perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one (1) year of restaurant or hospitality experience.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Valid Food Handler's Certificate required.
• Current Medical Health Certificate required.
