About this role


Receiving & Stock Management
•    Receive beverage deliveries and verify accuracy of shipments.
•    Inspect items for damage, spoilage, and correct labeling.
•    Safely store all items according to FIFO (First In, First Out) and health/safety standards.
•    Maintain par levels for storeroom stock; proactively place internal orders to the warehouse or directly as needed.
•    Notify Beverage Manager of low stock, product issues, or delivery discrepancies.

Requisition Fulfillment & Delivery
•    Accurately fulfill daily outlet beverage requisitions in a timely manner.
•    Arranges orders for multiple outlets, ensuring correct product and quantity.
•    Record, log, and reconcile issued items per inventory control procedures.
•    Communicate with outlet managers regarding special requests or substitutions.

Inventory & Cost Control
•    Participate in monthly beverage inventory counts; assist with accurate counting and labeling of all items.
•    Ensure all products are properly labeled with dates, contents, and batch information where applicable.
•    Assist in spot checks, audits, and variance investigations as directed.

Cleanliness & Organization
•    Keep all beverage storerooms clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety codes.
•    Regularly clean floors, refrigerators, storage racks/shelves, and surfaces.
•    Dispose of expired or damaged goods in accordance with SOPs.

Production & Prep Support
•    Assist with in-house production of syrups, infusions, and specialty garnishes as needed.
•    Label and store house-made items with clear expiration dates.
•    Maintain sanitation and safety standards during all prep tasks.

Safety, Security & Compliance
•    Follow all internal safety protocols for handling heavy lifting, hazardous materials, and secure storage of alcohol.
•    Adhere to property policies and local liquor laws, especially regarding controlled beverage items.
•    Ensure secure access to storerooms at all times; report suspicious activity immediately.

Requirements:
•    High school diploma or equivalent.
•    Prior experience in storeroom, warehouse, or F&B operations preferred.
•    Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
•    Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
•    Basic math skills and familiarity with inventory systems (e.g., JDE, Stratton Warren, etc.)
•    Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
•    Ability to handle confidential and controlled inventory responsibly.
