About this role
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with luggage during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.
- Transport and deliver luggage promptly and accurately to assigned rooms.
- Escort guests to rooms while providing information about resort amenities and services.
- Handle group arrivals by organizing, tagging, and distributing luggage efficiently.
- Deliver messages, packages, and guest items as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby areas, luggage storage, and workstations.
- Monitor lobby areas for cleanliness, safety, and security concerns.
- Respond to guest inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with locating missing luggage and escalate issues when required.
- Ensure proper use and upkeep of equipment such as carts and hand trucks.
- Follow all safety procedures, especially when lifting heavy items.
Report guest feedback, concerns, or operational issues to supervisors.
