About this role
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and service standards.
- Process guest orders and payments accurately through the POS system.
- Maintain bar stock levels and requisition supplies as needed.
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and properly set up for service.
- Complete side work, consumption reports, and end-of-shift closing procedures.
- Maintain knowledge of beverage offerings, wine service, and property information.
- Address guest concerns professionally and report complaints to management.
- Comply with all health, safety, and sanitation requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bar Back, Concession Cart Attendant, or similar Food & Beverage role.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid Food Handler's Certificate required.
