About this role
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Stock and replenish beverages, glassware, ice, and bar supplies throughout service.
- Greet guests professionally and provide friendly, efficient service.
- Assist bartenders with beverage preparation and service according to established standards.
- Prepare drink garnishes and maintain bar presentation.
- Monitor inventory, report shortages or losses, and assist with inventory counts.
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and properly maintained before, during, and after service.
- Report equipment issues and guest concerns to management promptly.
- Maintain knowledge of beverage menus, wine products, and service standards.
- Attend required meetings and training sessions.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent vocational training
- Minimum of 1 year beverage experience
- Food Handler’s Certificate
