  • Unlock growth and convert opportunities by connecting customer ambitions and market needs with ASX markets, investment products, platforms and services.
  • Solve customer and market challenges by removing friction, mobilising teams and driving practical solutions through delivery.
  • Shape vibrant markets by expanding participation, strengthening liquidity and accelerating adoption.
  • Lead go-to-market execution for products, platforms and strategic initiatives, including education, onboarding and readiness.

  • Own segment and strategic account plans that protect revenue, deepen relationships and focus effort on the highest-value opportunities.
  • Drive commercial discipline through account plans, pipeline management, forecasting and Salesforce reporting.

What you’ve done:

  • Senior experience in business development, sales, relationship management or product leadership within financial markets.
  • Proven success growing revenue, converting complex opportunities and delivering measurable customer and market outcomes.
  • Strong credibility and networks across relevant participants, investors, brokers, clearers, market makers and technology providers.

  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders, lead cross-functional delivery and use customer and market data to drive decisions.
  • Strong Salesforce and Microsoft Office capability, with clear executive-level communication and presentation skills.

And if you’ve got some of this, even better:

  • Experience in market infrastructure, collateral, settlement, platform transformation or developing new propositions through adoption.

What you need to enjoy and be good at for this role:

  • Energetic and outcomes focused, turning opportunities into tangible results.
