Role Summary

We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-focused B2B Growth Manager – SME Lending to drive acquisition, activation and growth of SME customers across the BOTIM ecosystem. The role will own the end-to-end growth funnel for SME Lending: from identifying and acquiring high-potential businesses to driving application, approval, disbursement, repeat borrowing and cross-sell. As growth manager, you will work with all other stakeholders from Product, Credit/Risk, Sales, Partnerships and Data, using BOTIM's first-party ecosystem, digital channels, partnerships and experimentation to build scalable SME lending growth engines.


Responsibilities

1. SME Acquisition & Lead Generation:

  • Build and execute the growth strategy to acquire qualified SME borrowers.

  • Identify high-potential - SME segments using BOTIM's first-party customer, merchant and transaction data. Build acquisition funnels across in-app surfaces, CRM, digital marketing, partnerships and offline channels.

  • Develop differentiated strategies for existing BOTIM businesses versus external SME acquisition. Continuously improve lead quality and cost per qualified borrower.

2. Funnel Growth & Conversion

  • Own and optimize the complete SME lending funnel:

  • Target SME → Lead → Application → Approval → Disbursement → Repeat Borrowing Identify funnel drop-offs and build experiments to improve conversion at every stage.

  • Partner with Product and Operations to simplify application and onboarding journeys.

  • Develop CRM journeys for incomplete applications, approved-but-not-disbursed customers, repeat borrowers and dormant SMEs.

  • Run structured A/B tests across propositions, messaging, channels and journeys.

3. Data-Driven SME Targeting

  • Build SME segmentation based on company profile, industry, transaction behaviour, business size, engagement and credit eligibility.

  • Work with Risk and Data teams to identify signals associated with high-quality borrowers.

  • Create propensity-based targeting to prioritize businesses most likely to apply, qualify and disburse.

  • Develop lifecycle cohorts such as high-potential, newly eligible, repeat borrowers, declining engagement and reactivation opportunities.

4. Growth Through the BOTIM Ecosystem

Build cross-sell loops across BOTIM's growing B2B financial ecosystem.

Identify opportunities such as:

  • Acquiring / POS → SME Lending

  • WPS / Payroll → SME Lending

  • B2B Remittance → SME Lending

  • Merchant Transactions → Pre-qualified Lending Offers

  • Turn BOTIM's existing business relationships and transaction data into scalable acquisition and lending opportunities.

5. Partnerships & New Growth Channels

  • Identify new distribution opportunities through merchant ecosystems, aggregators, marketplaces, PSPs and other B2B platforms.

  • Partner with internal commercial and partnership teams to develop joint acquisition programs.

  • Test new channels and propositions before scaling based on unit economics and portfolio quality.


Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in Growth, Fintech, Lending, B2B Financial Services, Payments or Digital Businesses.
  • Strong experience building and optimizing digital acquisition and conversion funnels.
  • Highly analytical and comfortable working with large datasets.
  • Strong understanding of experimentation, cohort analysis and funnel optimization.
  • Experience with SQL, BI tools, CRM platforms or product analytics is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to translate data into clear growth opportunities and executable campaigns.
  • Strong commercial understanding and ability to evaluate CAC, conversion, revenue and ROI.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Risk, Credit, Data, Sales and Operations.
  • Experience in SME lending, merchant acquiring, embedded finance or B2B fintech is a strong advantage.
  • UAE / GCC fintech experience is preferred.
