Hourly pay rate: $22.00

Our Maintenance Technicians play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents and the value of their properties by:
- Performing routine preventive maintenance to ensure building systems operate efficiently and safely.
- Inspecting, troubleshooting, and completing repairs involving plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance.
- Maintaining common areas, amenity spaces, mechanical rooms, and exterior building features.
- Operating and maintaining tools, equipment, and mechanical systems in accordance with safety standards.
- Identifying potential maintenance concerns and proactively reporting or addressing issues before they become larger problems.
- Responding to service requests in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
- Maintaining accurate maintenance records and communicating completed work to management.
Requirements:
- Strong working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance practices.
- Ability to communicate professionally with residents, vendors, management, and fellow team members.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and safe work practices.
- Understanding of applicable state and local codes related to building maintenance.
- Ability to use smartphones, email, and basic technology for work orders, communication, and reporting.
- At least 2 years of directly related or closely related experience
- Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50-75 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, bend, kneel, and work in confined spaces.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to safely operate, climb, and perform work on ladders (1-2 stories) – 24-28ft.
