Promoter Manager – Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow Promoter Agencies that can provide large-scale promoter manpower.
• Manage agencies capable of supplying 500+ Promoters / Brand Ambassadors / Sales Representatives / Sales Associates.
• Lead and manage Field Teams and Training Teams.
• Build strong relationships with promoter agencies and external partners.
• Ensure promoter operations meet agreed SLAs, performance standards, and business targets.
• Monitor promoter performance and operational effectiveness.
• Prepare executive-level reports and provide data-driven insights on promoter performance.
• Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and maintain strong operational discipline.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in closing, managing, and growing Promoter Agencies.
• Must have: Proven experience working with agencies capable of supplying 500+ Promoters / Brand Ambassadors / Sales Reps / Sales Associates.
• Strong commercial acumen.
• Strong experience in sales management / field sales operations.
• Experience working with financial institutions is a plus.
• Strong English and Indonesian communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder and agency management skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong process management and SLA management capabilities.
• Data-driven approach to performance management and reporting.
• Technical experience is considered a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong interest/background in building a career in Sales Management.

Salary: 20mio to 25mio Based on experience
