🚀 Hiring: Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager
📍 Location: Jakarta, Indonesia (Work From Office)
👤 Nationality Requirement: Indonesian Citizens Only
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager with a strong software development background to join our team.
🔹 Mandatory Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of experience involved in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) projects
• Minimum 4 years of combined experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, Development Team member, or Project Manager
• Prior hands-on experience as a Software Developer is mandatory
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies
• Proven experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies, including:
Sprint Planning
Daily Stand-up
Sprint Review
Sprint Retrospective
• Experience working closely with cross-functional development teams
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience managing project delivery, risks, dependencies, and team collaboration
• Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and Agile best practices across teams
🔹 Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Enterprise Digital Transformation projects
• Scrum-related certifications are a plus
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team coaching abilities
