How you'll make an impact in this role

  • Establish and govern enterprise-wide UiPath architectural standards, development frameworks, and code review processes to ensure scalable, high-performing automations.
  • Lead the technical roadmap for transforming RPA solutions into advanced agentic AI workflows, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise security and cloud architectures.
  • Serve as the definitive technical authority on solution designs, resolving complex architectural challenges and eliminating technical debt across automation platforms.
  • Design robust API integrations and reusable component libraries to accelerate development timelines and improve cross-departmental workflow efficiency.
  • Mentor senior automation developers and external partners to build internal technical capabilities and promote consistent software development standards.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

What additional requirements you'll need

  • 5 years of dedicated architectural experience specifically focused on designing, scaling, and governing enterprise UiPath RPA environments.
  • Deep technical expertise in UiPath (Orchestrator, Studio, REFramework) and hands-on experience integrating APIs with automation workflows.
  • High School Diploma with 3 years of experience, an Associate or Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience, or 7 years of applicable job experience.
