As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will provide comprehensive HR support across multiple disciplines, partnering with regional leadership and employees to drive operational excellence, workforce effectiveness, and business performance. You will play a key role in managing HR operations, workforce planning, talent initiatives, compliance, employee lifecycle processes, and regional people strategies. This position requires a strong combination of strategic HR leadership, operational execution, data-driven decision making, and the ability to influence stakeholders across diverse, multi-country environments.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and analytical HR support across multiple HR disciplines, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in all HR processes.
  • Deliver day-to-day tactical and operational support to the North America Regional HR team across all HR functions, acting as a trusted partner to employees, leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Manage and process employee and workforce data transactions across HR systems, including Workday, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, and IT platforms, ensuring data integrity and timely execution.
  • Prepare, maintain, and deliver HR reports, dashboards, and status updates to support business decision-making and operational visibility.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for contractor and contingent workforce management, including hiring, offboarding, and internal transfers, ensuring accurate workforce tracking and compliance.
  • Administer onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring timely communication, system transactions, and adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
  • Provide ongoing HR administrative support, including management of leaves of absence, employee transfers, organizational changes, employment verifications, and HR data archiving.
  • Conduct regular HR data integrity audits and ensure timely, accurate updates across all HR systems to maintain compliance and reporting accuracy.
  • Act as payroll back-up support, assisting with termination payouts, vacation balance calculations, and ad-hoc payments such as bonuses, in accordance with internal controls.
  • Ensure all HR transactions and activities are executed accurately, on time, and in full compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify HR process gaps and inefficiencies, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend continuous improvement actions, supporting the implementation of system, process, or workflow enhancements.
  • Support HR system changes and enhancements by coordinating with IT and HRIS teams, raising tickets, monitoring progress, and ensuring smooth implementation.
  • Assist with HR communications, including announcements, scheduling, coordination of meetings, and preparation of presentations and materials as required.
  • Design and execute regional people strategies across LATAM aligned with business objectives.
  • Partner with executive and senior leadership teams to provide strategic HR guidance and organizational support.
  • Lead workforce planning and talent acquisition initiatives at a regional level.
  • Drive performance management processes, talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and corporate policies across LATAM countries.
  • Support HR operating model design, governance frameworks, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
  • Lead change management activities and support large-scale business transformation projects.
  • Leverage people analytics, dashboards, and workforce insights to drive data-based decisions.
  • Partner with finance and business leaders to manage workforce budgets and optimize people-related costs.
  • Support internal audits, compliance reviews, and risk mitigation activities across HR-related processes.
  • Handle sensitive employee information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Several years of progressive experience in Human Resources, including HR Business Partnering and regional HR support.
  • Experience partnering with executive and senior leadership teams within complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of workforce planning, talent management, performance management, and leadership development practices.
  • Knowledge of labor law, compliance, and regulatory requirements across multiple LATAM countries.
  • Experience leading organizational change and transformation initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience utilizing people analytics, HR dashboards, and workforce metrics.
  • Advanced proficiency with HR systems and platforms, preferably Workday.
  • Experience with payroll processes, compensation administration, benefits, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Strong understanding of HR governance, internal controls, audit requirements, and compliance standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, regional environment.
