What You'll Do

As a Senior Project Manager, you will:

• Lead projects from initial request through implementation, adoption, and ongoing stakeholder engagement
• Partner with executives, affiliate leaders, and subject matter experts to identify and validate business needs
• Translate complex business challenges into clear, actionable project requirements for technical teams
• Facilitate discussions that uncover root causes rather than simply addressing surface-level requests
• Prioritize competing initiatives based on organizational impact, business value, and available resources
• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder communications
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, data teams, engineers, and IT resources
• Ensure technical teams receive complete, accurate, and well-defined project requirements
• Coordinate reporting, analytics, business intelligence, systems implementation, and technology initiatives
• Monitor adoption and effectiveness of delivered solutions to ensure long-term success
• Build consensus among stakeholders while confidently navigating challenging conversations and competing priorities
• Support organizational leadership in making strategic decisions around project prioritization and resource allocation

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience managing projects within a Business-to-Business (B2B) software, technology, SaaS, or similar environment
• Demonstrated experience gathering business requirements and translating them into actionable deliverables for technical teams
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities across multiple stakeholder groups
• Strong facilitation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Experience leading cross-functional projects from concept through implementation and adoption
• Ability to influence decision-making and drive accountability across teams

Preferred

• Experience supporting analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or data-driven solutions
• PMP, Agile, Scrum, or other project management certification
• Experience within complex multi-entity or enterprise organizations
• Familiarity with data governance, reporting platforms, and business intelligence tools
• Experience working with engineering, software development, or technical implementation teams

• Occasional travel may be required based on business needs
