Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Operations Manager or Area Manager to oversee large-scale café/F&B operations in Al Khobar.

The client is specifically looking for a senior-level professional with proven experience managing multiple outlets, large teams, or large-scale F&B/retail operations. The ideal candidate should have experience monitoring and managing 50+ employees and be confident in overseeing operations, staff performance, service standards, inventory, and overall business performance.

This position is NOT intended for Restaurant Managers or Operations Managers with experience limited to small cafés or single small outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple café/F&B outlets or large-scale operations.

• Manage, supervise, and monitor large teams of 50+ employees.

• Lead and support store managers, supervisors, and frontline teams.

• Monitor overall operational performance, service quality, and customer experience.

• Ensure consistent company standards across all branches or operational areas.

• Monitor staffing, scheduling, attendance, and employee performance.

• Oversee inventory, stock control, purchasing, and operational requirements.

• Analyze operational performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Implement procedures and strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

• Conduct regular site visits and monitor operations directly on the ground.

• Address operational issues and provide effective solutions.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and company standards.

• Prepare operational reports and provide updates to senior management.

• Train, coach, and develop managers and team members to maintain high performance.

Requirements

• Proven senior-level experience as an Area Manager, Operations Manager, or similar position in F&B, café, restaurant, retail, or large-scale operations.

• Strong experience managing multiple branches/outlets or large operations.

• Proven experience managing 50+ employees or a large workforce.

• Strong leadership and people-management skills.

• Excellent knowledge of F&B operations, service standards, inventory, and workforce management.

• Strong business and operational understanding with the ability to monitor KPIs and improve performance.

• Comfortable conducting regular field/site operations and leading teams directly.

• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.

• Highly organized, results-driven, and capable of handling a large operation.

• Filipino, Indian, or Lebanese candidates preferred.

• Must currently reside in Saudi Arabia.

• Valid and transferable Iqama is required.

• Candidates with stronger experience may be considered for a higher salary package.

Important Note

The client is willing to offer a higher salary for the right candidate. Strong consideration will be given to candidates with extensive Area Manager / Operations Manager experience in large-scale F&B or retail operations, particularly those who have managed multiple outlets and 50+ employees.

Candidates whose experience is limited to managing a single small café or restaurant will not be prioritized.
