What the day will look like:
- managing a dedicated client portfolio,
- negotiating and implementing insurance solutions,
- analyzing claims, demographic and market data,
- expanding cooperation with clients,
- documenting and reporting activities.

Skills and experience that will lead to success:
Hard skills
- Broker licenses or experience in life insurance or medical programs
- English fluency for client communication
- Knowledge of life insurance and medical program products
- Proficiency in MS Office and remote communication tools
- Category B driving license
- Broker exam passed – a plus
Soft skills
- Ready to manage a demanding client portfolio
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proactivity and openness to market innovations
- Desire to shape the employee benefits landscape in Poland
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Want to co-create the employee benefits market in Poland
