Job Requirements

As an Administrator Assistant is responsible for managing the day by day office communications and facilitating key tasks and procedures. The goal of being an administrative assistant is to keep the office flowing and the day by day organized to continue growth in the company.

Role responsibilities are as listed …

  • Hours 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday through Friday
    • Greeting guest and customers who come visit the office, ensuring guest are comfortable and connected with the right office personal
    • Answering the Phone, taking messages, and call backs
  • - Organizing and Scheduling Meetings
    • QMHP Bi-Weekly Meetings
    • Leadership Meetings, & etc.
  • - New Client Intake
    • Sending out DocuSign to guardians or scheduling intake appointments, scheduling CANS and AOC Assessments with clinicians
  • Updating client folders
    • Creating and maintaining client charts, & etc.
  • - Lauris Duties
    • Adding new clients
  • Verifying QMHP hours
    • Monthly Calendar
  • Sending out Monthly Calendars to QMHPs
    • Weekly office updates
    • Manage office supplies

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma required.
  • Associate degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Administrative or office experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Computer, scheduling, and data-entry skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidential client records.
  • Knowledge of mental health field preferred
  • Experience with DocuSign or electronic records is a plus.
