We are seeking a highly motivated fitness enthusiast to join our team and represent our brand with passion and dedication.
The ideal candidate is flexible, a team player, reliable, and hardworking. This part-time position requires availability to work both weekdays and weekends. A positive mindset and a strong desire to work in the fitness industry are essential. Preference will be given to candidates with previous work experience in customer service, sales, and/or the fitness and health industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibilities include:
- Communicating effectively with others
- Conducting gym tours
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the gym
- Membership sales
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Handling opening and closing
- Managing communications via phone, email, and text
- Maintaining a positive attitude and inspiring/motivating others
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong desire to work in the health and fitness industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly, outgoing, and warm demeanor
- Genuine and honest personality
- Weekday and weekend availability
- Savvy with technology
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Some experience in customer service, sales, and/or fitness is preferred
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license
