About the Opportunity

AnthroMed Education is partnering with a school district in Winthrop, MA to welcome an Occupational Therapist for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a full-district position supporting students across PreK through 12th grade, providing an opportunity to work with a diverse range of students and support their ability to participate and succeed in the school environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide occupational therapy services to students across PreK–12th grade

  • Complete evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Develop and monitor IEP goals related to students’ occupational therapy needs

  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school-based teams

  • Partner with teachers, school staff, and families to support student outcomes

  • Provide interventions that support students’ fine motor, sensory, and functional skills

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements

Caseload Details

  • Full-district position supporting students in PreK–12th grade

  • Monday–Friday schedule

  • 7.5 hours per day

  • Opportunity to work across multiple grade levels and student populations

  • Additional district details are currently being finalized

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

  • Active Massachusetts Occupational Therapy license

  • Appropriate Massachusetts school-based licensure/certification

  • Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
