Qualifications

- Previous experience in event services, registration, hospitality, customer service, meetings, or administrative support preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional, friendly, and customer-service-oriented approach.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced event environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, registration systems, or event-management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and assist with event setup and breakdown as needed.
