About the role
Join Our Team as a CNC Programmer (3rd Shift)!

TransForm Automotive, an Amsted Automotive company, is looking for a talented CNC Programmer to help drive innovation, optimize machining processes, and support our world-class manufacturing operations.

What you’ll do
As a CNC Programmer, you'll play a key role in supporting production and maintenance teams by:
- Programming, troubleshooting, and optimizing CNC machining operations
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
- Training Team Leaders on machine setup, tooling, troubleshooting, and program adjustments
- Supporting new product launches from setup through first-piece approval
- Collaborating with Engineering and Maintenance on tooling, work holding, and manufacturing improvements
- Leading preventive maintenance initiatives and corrective actions
- Developing and updating operator work instructions and documentation
- Driving Lean Manufacturing initiatives and participating in continuous improvement activities
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards, including Lockout/Tagout procedures
What you need to succeed
- High School Diploma or GED
- Manufacturing, technical, or trade school education preferred
CNC programming and machining experience - Experience with tooling, work holding, machine troubleshooting, and process optimization
- Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and quality systems
