About this role

As an Assembler I, you’ll be at the heart of creating electro-mechanical products that power a variety of customer applications. Using blueprints, engineering documents, and your technical skills, you’ll assemble components, ensure quality, and prepare products for shipment.


What You Will Do:

  • Assemble electro-mechanical components, sub-assemblies, and final products.
  • Read and follow blueprints, method sheets, and technical instructions.
  • Ensure product quality and report defects, scrap or issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records and uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Cross-train in other assembly areas to expand your skills.


What You Bring:

  • High school diploma or GED, plus 1–2 years of manufacturing experience (or equivalent).
  • Strong dexterity for handling small parts and visual acuity for reading blueprints.
  • Ability to lift 10–50 lbs. and stand or sit for up to 8 hours.
  • Experience with calibrated tools like calipers, torque wrenches, oscilloscopes and gauges.
  • Versatility to perform varied motor assembly and soldering operations manually.
