About the Role
We are looking for a Senior QA Tester / Test Specialist with a passion for mobile technology, performance analysis, and gaming. In this role, you will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for mobile performance testing, helping identify and investigate performance, thermal, battery, and stability issues across Android and iOS devices.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute performance and benchmark testing on mobile games.
- Analyze FPS, CPU/GPU usage, memory consumption, thermal behavior, and battery impact.
- Investigate performance regressions and hardware-specific issues.
- Produce benchmark reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Support global teams through technical expertise, knowledge sharing, and testing continuity.
- Drive best practices and improvements in performance testing methodologies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in QA, Mobile Testing, Performance Testing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Android and iOS ecosystems.
- Experience with performance profiling and benchmarking tools.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Perfdog, GameBench, Android Studio Profiler, or Xcode Instruments.
- Knowledge of mobile hardware, chipsets, and performance optimization.
- Experience analyzing Android/iOS logs.
- Basic scripting or automation skills (Python, VBA, PowerShell).
