Amazon Global Logistics partners with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) deliver flexible, scalable fulfillment solutions that complement Amazon's core network. Our Fulfillment Center handle end-to-end operations — from Inbound receiving and stow, to Outbound picking, packing, and shipping — serving millions of customers worldwide.
We're seeking a highly driven and motivated individual with operational logistics experience and an innovative, hands-on approach to join our OTIS Ops team. This role involves daily operational task resolution and continuous communication with 3PL providers and Amazon teams — to drive KPI performance and operational excellence.
This is an opportunity to be at the forefront of fulfillment center operational transformation, working with logistics operations and driving meaningful improvements at the fulfillment center.
Key job responsibilities
Provide reactive and proactive support to 3PL providers and Amazon internal teams on inventory management operations
Resolve daily operational challenges in collaboration with 3PL partners and Amazon stakeholders
Monitor and track inventory metrics management; support data collection, analysis, and improvement plan execution
Support WMS new feature testing (UAT/PVT), bug reporting, and on-site rollout
Draft, maintain, and roll out outbound SOP/SJI; deliver training to 3PL associates
Support the launch and testing of new ICQA projects and features at the 3PL site
Communicate with 3PL partners and internal teams on issue escalations, corrective actions, and project updates
A day in the life
You will work closely with the ICQA Program Manager at the 3PL fulfillment center. A typical day may include: testing a new WMS feature and documenting results, analyzing ICQA metrics trends to identify root causes and implementing improvement plan, training 3PL on updated SOPs, coordinating with internal Amazon teams to resolve inventory defects, or preparing data for a weekly business review. No two days are the same — you will need to balance reactive problem-solving with proactive improvement initiatives. Basic Qualifications: - · Being proactive in attitude, open minded, learn & be curious, result driven
- · Communication – ability to communicate with internal/external stakeholders clearly and concisely on domain operational issues
- · Experience in executing/managing operational process
- · MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – especially in Excel, being skillful to mine voluminous data for specific detail according to instructions provided.
- · Ability to work under pressure with high volume workloads or complex circumstances; comply with Service Level Agreement is also required
- · Good written and reading skills in English Preferred Qualifications: - Tech skills, such as SQL, Python (process automation) is a plus
