About this role

What we're looking for:

We need someone with 3-5 years of experience in social media content creation and strategy who has built a content engine from scratch. You should be comfortable being hands-on with short-form video production while also thinking strategically about content calendars and brand narrative. Bonus points if you have B2C healthcare experience or a background working with sensitive audiences like families of children with autism.

What you'll do:

Own Alpaca's social storytelling strategy across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook — with a heavy emphasis on short-form vertical video

Build and manage a network of creators, influencers, and freelancers (mommy bloggers, clinician content creators) to scale content output

Create content yourself — writing briefs, appearing in videos, producing carousels and graphics — while managing an offshore social media manager

Develop and maintain the content calendar, setting strategic parameters and brand guidelines for all organic social content

Connect content performance to down-funnel business metrics like intake form submissions, patient starts, and cost per converted user

Define and evolve Alpaca's brand voice and visual identity across all public-facing channels, leaning into our playful alpaca brand persona
