Our client is a global luxury fashion brand who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.

Sales Growth
  • Establish implementation plans.
  • Manage sales processes.
  • Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance.
Data Management
  • Prepare reports, analyze business data, and provide recommendations based on business indicators such as APT, UPT, merchandise performance, new and existing customer data, retention rate, and conversion rate.
Operations Management
  • Manage operational processes and operating standards.
  • Oversee day-to-day store operations.
  • Manage store image and visual merchandising standards.
Personnel Management
  • Recruit, train, develop, and motivate employees.
  • Manage attendance, shifts, and work schedules.
  • Build a professional working culture and environment.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Monitor and manage customer experience.
  • Manage customer service processes.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Develop and expand the customer base.
Merchandise Management
  • Manage merchandise processes, including inbound, outbound, and inventory activities.
  • Evaluate merchandise performance at stores and benchmark against competitors and market trends.
  • Manage purchasing activities.

Requirements

Knowledge & Qualifications
  • College degree or higher.
  • At least 5 years of relevant management experience in luxury retail or a comparable industry.
  • Experience in the beauty industry is an advantage.
