About this role

ACG3844JOB Our client invests in and co-founds early-stage game studios, providing capital, user acquisition (UA), publishing, and operational support is looking for potential candidates who meet the following requirement and job details: 

As a Partnership Manager - Global Publishing, you will build relationships with game studios and industry partners, identify new publishing opportunities, and help grow global game pipeline and publishing business.

Studio Sourcing: Identify and approach regional and international game studios developing promising Midcore and Hybrid Casual titles, and explore potential publishing opportunities.

Deal Execution: Negotiate publishing terms, revenue-sharing models, and other commercial conditions through to contract completion.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with external game developers and industry partners, serving as the key point of contact between partners and internal teams.

Cross-Functional Launch: Work closely with User Acquisition, Monetization, Product, and other relevant teams to coordinate game testing, launch, and scaling activities.

Market Development: Support the expansion of the global game portfolio by identifying new partnership and publishing opportunities across international markets.

Industry Networking: Represent the publisher at major international gaming events and conferences, developing industry connections and identifying potential business opportunities.



Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in gaming business development, publisher relations, mobile game production, or a related role, with experience working with Midcore and/or Hybrid Casual games.

Strong business-level English communication skills, with confidence in building and maintaining relationships with international partners.

Good understanding of Midcore and Hybrid Casual game genres, including advertising monetization (IAA) and in-app purchase (IAP) models.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate early-stage game testing data and identify business opportunities based on performance metrics.

Excellent cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with international partners and internal teams.

Highly proactive, independent, adaptable, and capable of managing responsibilities with a high level of autonomy.

Willingness to travel internationally and attend major gaming industry events when required.
