Marketing Manager

• Coordinate with and support the Board of Directors in developing Marketing processes and strategies for the eyewear retail chain.
  
• Conduct market research, evaluate the effectiveness of ongoing Marketing activities, and coordinate with relevant departments to implement programs aimed at achieving assigned business targets.
  
• Develop and manage the company’s digital and social media channels, including Zalo, Facebook, email marketing, website, and other relevant platforms.
  
• Develop marketing materials and ensure consistent brand image and communication across all channels.
  
• Take responsibility for assigned KPIs and regularly report on Marketing activities and business performance within the areas under direct management.
  

Requirements

• University degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or related majors.
  
• At least 1 year of experience in a Marketing position for an eyewear store or eyewear chain.
  
• Good communication skills and flexible problem-solving abilities.
  
• Ability to work independently and in teams, with a high sense of responsibility and a proactive approach to work.
  
• Sensitive to trends and able to identify new Marketing methods or keep up with current trends.
  
• Candidates with experience in the aesthetics or healthcare sectors are preferred.

• Fixed salary: VND 30,000,000 – VND 35,000,000.
