Our client, who is a fast growing marketing agency in Vietnam, is looking for a qualified talent to join their firm. 
  • Take direct ownership of and manage relationships with a portfolio of strategic clients in the Finance and Banking sector according to the agreed account transition plan.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels, from operational teams to senior leadership, while effectively navigating complex organizational structures and stakeholder dynamics.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client meetings, ongoing communications, and issue resolution, ensuring consistently high service quality and client satisfaction.
  • Develop comprehensive Account Plans for key clients, proactively identify evolving business needs, and uncover opportunities to expand services within existing accounts.
  • Take direct accountability for client retention, account growth, and revenue performance across the assigned portfolio.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Account team to strengthen overall capability and performance.
  • Collaborate closely with Planning, Creative, Content, Event, and other relevant functions to ensure high-quality and timely project execution.
  • Provide regular updates to the CEO on client status, revenue performance, and potential business development opportunities.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in communications or advertising agencies, or in Marketing and Communications, including a minimum of 3 years at Account Director, Senior Account Manager, or an equivalent level.
  • Proven experience directly managing and developing key accounts involving multiple levels of stakeholders.
  • Strong track record in client retention, account expansion, and revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing, coaching, and developing Account teams.
  • Strong capabilities in client management, communication, presentation, and negotiation. Excellent Vietnamese communication and presentation skills are required, together with good conversational English.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to understand client needs and translate them into opportunities for service expansion and business growth.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with clients in the Finance and Banking sector is highly preferred, particularly organizations with multi-layered approval processes and complex decision-making structures.
  • An established network with Marketing, Communications, or Brand teams within banks is a strong advantage.
  • Good understanding of regulations related to financial and banking communications, as well as personal data protection requirements.
  • Experience coordinating high-level programs, executive events, or external affairs activities is preferred.
