International Project Development Director

• Deliver product feature and technical solution demonstrations to international clients; support and manage the client’s technical evaluation process during the sales stage, accelerate technical acceptance, and facilitate business cooperation.
  
• Coordinate with the Sales team to analyze customer needs and provide in-depth consulting support for assigned projects, including solution presentations, technical clarification, implementation consulting, and other related activities.
  
• Develop suitable solutions and proposals based on customer requirements; prepare product introduction materials, solution documents, and other relevant technical documentation.
  
• Drive solution integration and collaboration with partners.
  
• Independently prepare project solutions, project documentation, and other required project materials.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Information Management, or other related disciplines.
  
• Proficiency in Linux and Windows Server environments.
  
• Proficiency in Oracle, MySQL, or SQL Server.
  
• Good knowledge of computer networking, including TCP/IP, DNS, Firewall, and related technologies.
  
• Experience with Docker is preferred.
  
• Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare IT, or in software implementation, operation, technical support, or related functions.
  
• Fluent English across all four skills, with the ability to communicate and work directly with international clients.
  
• Strong cross-cultural communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset.
  
• Ability to work independently, perform effectively under pressure, and undertake long-term overseas business assignments.
  
• Experience in project implementation in the Middle East or Southeast Asia is preferred.
