Our client is a one of the leading companies in construction, real estate investment in Vietnam who is seeking an experienced candidate.

Organizational Structure & Job Framework
  • Coordinate with relevant functions to develop and update organizational structures, job titles, authorities, and responsibilities of the Company and its subsidiaries.
  • Ensure the organizational structure is professional, streamlined, and appropriate to business requirements.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Participate in HR activities and manage compensation and benefits programs.
  • Ensure the Company's compensation and benefits policies are implemented appropriately and consistently.
  • Manage the annual salary review process and conduct regular salary benchmarking and market reviews.
  • Monitor salary budgets and conduct analysis related to compensation when required.
  • Prepare monthly personnel reports, including salary-related data and employee movements.
Recruitment
  • Monitor and execute recruitment activities in line with the approved manpower plan.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to prepare recruitment requirements and job descriptions.
  • Organize recruitment activities to ensure appropriate candidates are sourced in accordance with approved plans and timelines.
  • Proactively coordinate recruitment activities based on the Company's manpower needs.
Employee Relations
  • Communicate Company policies, information, and important updates to employees through appropriate communication channels.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement and internal communication activities.
  • Receive, review, and address employee feedback, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Work with relevant functions to resolve employee-related issues while ensuring compliance with labor regulations and Company policies.
  • Maintain a professional and positive working environment across the organization.
Administration
  • Manage administrative activities and administrative expenses.
  • Oversee C&S-related activities, including workplace and office facilities management.
  • Organize and conduct periodic inspections and checks of facilities and working conditions.
  • Support and coordinate other activities and initiatives of the organization when required.
Training & Development
  • Develop and implement onboarding programs for new employees and coordinate internal trainer development.
  • Work with relevant functions to organize and implement internal training programs.
  • Develop and implement specialized training programs for employees based on business and capability requirements.
  • Coordinate with relevant functions to develop career development and succession plans.
  • Develop and implement training needs analysis, training plans, and training budgets.
  • Plan and implement career development programs for key positions within the Company.
Other Responsibilities
  • Perform other duties and assignments as directed by the Group/Company management.
  • Complete assigned tasks in accordance with required timelines and standards.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Law, or a related field. Professional certifications in international HR management are preferred, as well as specialized HR management training in the hospitality industry.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry, including a minimum of 5 years in a middle-to-senior management position at a local 5-star hotel or an international 4-star hotel.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations and other relevant statutory requirements, including social insurance, personal income tax, and related employment regulations.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies, organizational structures, job frameworks, manpower planning, recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, training and development, and HR administration.
  • Experience in developing HR policies, regulations, procedures, manpower plans, succession plans, career development programs, and talent management initiatives aligned with business requirements.
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience in compensation and benefits management, including salary review, salary benchmarking, payroll-related analysis, benefits policies, and personnel cost management.
  • Experience in recruitment planning and execution, including manpower forecasting, recruitment coordination, employer branding, talent pipeline development, and ensuring recruitment activities meet approved plans and timelines.
  • Experience in designing and implementing employee onboarding, orientation, technical training, internal trainer development, career development, succession planning, and employee capability-building programs.
  • Ability to manage employee relations and internal communication, including handling employee feedback, concerns, complaints, and workplace issues in compliance with Company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Experience in HR administration and asset management, including document and record management, workplace and office facilities, and control of Company assets and equipment.
  • Proven ability to coordinate and manage multiple internal and external stakeholders, including operating teams, consultants, contractors, suppliers, banks, legal service providers, and other relevant partners.
  • Experience in HR project management and cost control, including reviewing manpower requirements, salary and benefits budgets, recruitment and training costs, and providing recommendations to ensure effective resource utilization.
  • Strong strategic thinking and organizational development capabilities, with the ability to assess organizational structures, identify manpower and capability gaps, and recommend appropriate solutions aligned with business growth.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build, develop, coach, evaluate, and retain talent, as well as establish succession pipelines for key positions.
  • Strong communication, influencing, negotiation, problem-solving, decision-making, and change management skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and stakeholder groups.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and projects, organize work effectively, and take full ownership of assigned responsibilities and results.
  • Good command of English and proficiency in relevant Microsoft Office and HR management tools.
