About this role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our high-voltage transmission line projects (both overhead & underground). In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. You will leverage your expertise in construction management and high-voltage systems to lead our crew, manage project logistics, and achieve successful project outcomes.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Power Engineering is ideal. Applications with a Civil Engineering degree will also be considered.
- Minimum of 5 years in construction management for high-voltage transmission line projects.
- Proven ability to manage and coordinate crews, subcontractors, and material deliveries.
- Familiarity with Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) Standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, teamwork and leadership skills.
- Ability to solve problems, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.
- Detail-oriented and organized with a strong focus on quality and safety.

- Non-citizen applicants must hold a bachelor's degree in engineering awarded at least 5 years ago.
