About the Role
The Warehouse Inventory Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring timely material flow between the warehouse and manufacturing floor. This position supports production operations by receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking materials, components, and finished goods while adhering to company standards for safety, quality, and efficiency.
Salary Range & Benefits
Salary Range: $22 - $30 annually, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities
- Coordinates with inventory and warehouse personnel to ensure that adequate inventory levels are present
- Proactively monitor stock levels and flag gaps or issues to prevent operational impacts
- Pick, stage, and deliver materials to support production schedules on the manufacturing floor
- Perform regular cycle counts and assist with full physical inventory counts.
- Ensure proper labeling, organization, and storage of materials in warehouse and production area
- Support production teams by ensuring timely replenishment of materials.
- Uphold safety and organizational standards in every work area by following site guidelines, SOPs and work instructions
- Use inventory management systems (ERP/WMS) to track and update stock movements
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (stand-up and sit-down), reach trucks, pallet jacks, and scanners
- This position will require the candidate to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 4+ years of Inventory Control experience (including cycle counts, physical inventories, transfer of inventory, shelf management) preferred
- Strong computer skills (including Microsoft 365 applications - Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Willing to work OT and weekends when needed
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with ERP systems (IFS, Oracle, SAP) a plus
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this position, the employee will frequently be required to:
- Stand for extended periods.
- Use hands and fingers to handle objects, tools, or controls, including repetitive motions.
- Communicate effectively by speaking and hearing.
The employee may occasionally be required to:
- Visual acuity
- Stand and walk.
- Reach with hands and arms.
- Bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
- Lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
