About the Role
Manage and oversee all warehouse activities, maintain accurate and organized inventory, ensure efficient processes, and maximize productivity. This includes supervising employees, coordinating logistical processes, ensuring the quality of goods, preparing relevant documentation, and analyzing inventory transactional accuracy.
Salary Range & Benefits
Salary Range: $62,000 - $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities
- Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, by supervising, organizing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals.
- Investigates physical inventory discrepancies and corrects them to ensure alignment between our inventory system and the physical inventory. Analyzes and performs all proposed inventory adjustments within the system.
- Identifies root cause of any inventory discrepancies and communicates the cause to the Inventory Control Manager and other applicable cross-functional members.
- Track and coordinate the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials to operations.
- Communicate inbound shortages and damages immediately to procurement.
- Preparation and execution of shipments by communicating with other departments to ensure products are available, prepared, and shipped in a timely manner.
- Monitor cycle count program completion, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Staff, oversee, and participate in quarterly physical inventory process from preparation to reconciliation.
- Reviews inventory on a consistent basis for expired and obsolete inventory and communicating results to management and supply planning.
- Train employees and other staff on inventory control processes and maintain updated training records.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing.
- Other duties as assigned by Manager.
Minimum Qualifications
- Associate Degree, Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- 3 to 4 years warehouse management experience preferred
- Experience using ERP or Inventory Control Systems
- Must be able to use computer systems, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Adobe programs.
- Strong analytic skills, ability to problem-solve and design process improvements
- Self-motivated and able to perform with little direction
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing priorities
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this position, the employee will frequently be required to:
- Stand for extended periods.
- Use hands and fingers to handle objects, tools, or controls, including repetitive motions.
- Communicate effectively by speaking and hearing.
The employee may occasionally be required to:
- Visual acuity
- Stand and walk.
- Reach with hands and arms.
- Bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
- Lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
