We are seeking a client-focused Key Account Manager to drive strategic account growth, strengthen client relationships, and support the delivery of high-quality consulting and engineering solutions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing strategic accounts, identifying growth opportunities, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring exceptional client experiences across Environment, Health & Safety (EHS), Sustainability, Risk Management, and Engineering Consulting projects.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Account Management
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for designated key accounts.
- Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with client stakeholders.
- Understand client business priorities and align service offerings to meet evolving needs.
- Conduct account reviews and develop account growth strategies.
Business Development & Growth
- Identify opportunities for account expansion, cross-selling, and upselling of consulting and engineering services.
- Support proposal development, client presentations, and commercial discussions.
- Drive revenue growth and contribute to annual business targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities.
Project & Delivery Coordination
- Collaborate closely with technical, project management, environmental, and engineering teams.
- Ensure successful delivery of projects in accordance with client expectations.
- Facilitate communication between clients and internal delivery teams.
- Track project performance, milestones, and customer satisfaction.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build trusted partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support senior leadership in account planning and strategic decision-making.
- Lead client meetings, business reviews, and solution workshops.
Customer Success
- Proactively address client concerns and escalations.
- Ensure consistently high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Gather feedback and recommend improvements to strengthen service delivery.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Client Services, Consulting Sales, Business Development, or Strategic Account Management.
- Demonstrated experience managing enterprise or strategic client relationships.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Additional Information
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA in Marketing, Operations, or Business Management.
- Experience in EHS Consulting, Environmental Services, Sustainability, Infrastructure, Engineering, or Risk Management sectors.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Experience working in a matrix organization and cross-functional environment.
