Your role: Imagine yourself as part of the “new client welcome committee” …but with a twist. On our implementation team, you'll onboard new clients and get them comfortable using our products and services. The goal is simple: Make sure our products and services deliver and exceed client expectations. We’re with you every step of the way through our award-winning training programs and world-class service guidelines. As a Process Executive, you will be responsible for error free timely and timely delivery of payroll outputs to clients as per clients’ requirement within the stipulated time as per the overall project plan.

What you’ll do:
Ø Inputs all data received from client in the format required by software
Ø Processes deliverables as per the SLA agreed with the client
Ø Responsible for error free delivery Adheres to all policies and procedures
Ø Ensures that all payroll related reports are prepared on time and executed
Ø Ensures that all related document preparing for Handover to Service team
Ø Respond for any queries raised by the client employees
Ø Maintaining confidentiality and integrity of information at all times.
Ø Ensuring they are familiar with and comply with information security policies and standards that relate to their work.

Qualifications you’ll need:
Education: Degree in Management or Business Administration

Experience:
Ø Minimum 2+ years in payroll processing or statutory compliance
Ø Competent in MS Word / Excel
Ø Knowledge in preparing concise document.
Ø Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ø Knowledge in Payroll Software
Ø Practice attention to details
