This is a hands-on delivery leadership role focused on coordinating multiple workstreams, aligning business and IT stakeholders, and ensuring successful execution during the project's most critical stages, including migration, cutover, and go-live preparation.

Example Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate delivery across multiple SAP workstreams.

  • Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners.

  • Manage project risks, dependencies, timelines, and delivery progress.

  • Ensure alignment with scope, quality objectives, and implementation plans.

  • Coordinate migration, cutover, and go-live readiness activities.

  • Provide structured reporting to program management and steering committees.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience as an SAP Project Manager.

  • Proven track record delivering end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.

  • Strong experience planning and executing migration and cutover activities.

  • Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-workstream transformation initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.

  • Experience working within the energy, utilities, or other asset-intensive industries.

  • Professional fluency in English.

  • Swedish language skills are considered an advantage.
