Job Description

  • Maintain complete, accurate and up-to-date records of all sales agreements, contracts, proposals, quotations and related correspondence in accordance with Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts / Accor policies and procedures.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Director of Sales, and Sales Team as required.
  • Assist the Sales team with the preparation, formatting and updating of Sales presentations, hotel presentations, proposals, quotations, fact sheets and other sales materials, ensuring accuracy and consistency with approved hotel information and brand standards.
  • Support the Sales team with the preparation of corporate contracts, agreements, rate proposals, offer letters and other commercial documentation as required.
  • Coordinate the circulation of contracts, agreements, proposals and other commercial documents for internal review, approval and signature.
  • Maintain proper records of executed contracts, agreements and other approved commercial documentation.
  • Assist Sales Team, when in need, with the preparation of client proposals, presentations, quotations and supporting documentation within agreed timelines.
  • Prepare and maintain Sales Kits and ensure all relevant Sales collateral is current, accurate and readily available.
  • Maintain and update Sales databases, account information, client contact details and other relevant commercial records.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date Sales mailing lists and client contact databases.
  • Assist the Sales team with the preparation of weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports, trackers, account summaries and other commercial information.
  • Maintain accurate records of Sales activities, client appointments, site inspections, enquiries and other relevant departmental activities.
  • Handle incoming Sales calls and enquiries professionally, ensuring messages and relevant details are accurately recorded and forwarded to the appropriate Sales team member.
  • Assist with client correspondence and follow-up communication as requested by the Sales team.
  • Coordinate internal information and documentation required by Sales, Reservations, F&B/ Banquet, Front Office, and other relevant hotel departments.
  • Assist with the organization and coordination of client meetings, sales calls, site inspections, lunches, dinners and other Sales-related activities.
  • Support the Sales team during client visits, presentations, site inspections and important commercial activities as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and appropriate control of client, contractual, financial and commercial information.

Qualifications

Minimum one year Experience,

Fluent English Speaker, Arabic is a plus

Keen to details and organized.

Strong Communication and commercial coordination skills

Additional Information

Education/Formal Training: 

  • High School Diploma/GED
