Position Overview: Adult Nurse Practitioner
- Specialty: Adult Nurse Practitioner exclusively
- Coverage Dates: Immediate start for 3 months with potential for extension

Practice Setting: Outpatient clinic focused on adult patients
- Responsibilities: Management of adult patients with conditions including diabetes, hypertension, COPD, and routine care for geriatric patients
- Call Schedule: No on-call duties; work hours are from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM, full-time, with rotating weekend shifts (every other weekend) and weekday off days
- Patient Volume: Anticipated patient load of approximately 20-24 patients per day
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System: EPIC

Required Certifications: Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner
- Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 12 weeks from submission of application
