Upshift was founded by and is led by CEO Adam Suskin, who has previously worked as an engineering lead at Palantir and Candid Health, including leading the US Army deployment that converted an $823 million contract vehicle. The company’s mission is to help engineering leaders cut through AI hype and identify real use cases that can help their teams today. Its vision is to define what software engineering will look like in a few years with AI.
